the heating system presented issues and the room became uncomfortably warm at night. the car park was difficult to find i needed to call the hotel for directions. i also believe i was not given the room i had paid for.

The food service was a mess. it was necessary to send the meal back to be fixed, frustrating, also, dessert was never offered. The shower setup was awkward too, requiring me to step into the bath just to adjust the water temperature

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It has its own car park, very useful. I also received a 20% discount on food and drinks , which I found was a nice bonus.
My room had a shower only . I would have preferred a bath. The shower fittings seemed a bit worn. The window looked out onto the staircase and the car park , which wasn't ideal.

the location is great. this place is very queky. i'm still going to pass their details to others. the bar person was helpful with their refrigerator because there was not one in our room.
our room was not up to standards with cleanliness. when it came to leaving , we stripped the beds for the cleaners, and what we came across wasn't very nice.
